Planning the Construction Cleanup

You had a plan when you went into your last building project, now be sure you know what you’ll be getting from the crew coming to clean up after you. At PCM Building Services, we offer three levels of construction clean up: Rough construction cleans, final cleans, and touch-up cleans.

 

Rough Construction Cleans

When the construction crew is about to go home, it’s time to call for a rough construction clean. This is a basic clean, where we take care of dirt, debris, and trash surrounding the construction site.  Surfaces are cleaned, and the property is ready for a walk through by inspectors or others who need access to the property.

 

Final Cleans

Next, after the inspectors have signed off on your construction, plan for the final clean. You want to have the site ready for the owner to walk through. It’s all about presentation, and this clean gives a real sense for the completed project. We make sure that every detail of the job site is clean and presentable, transforming the construction site to a real place to move into.

 

Touch-Up Cleans

Before a buyer or new owner moves into the home or occupies a building, be sure to do a touch-up clean. Potentially many people have walked through the site since even the final clean, leaving the place not so clean. Besides that, time may have passed, leaving cobwebs and dust to build up. With touch-ups, we make the place move-in ready, so that there is no additional work for the buyer moving in to the site. This helps you confidently hand off the keys, with no excuses of things left undone.
